Your dedication and commitment is the most important thing, and we want you to know what to expect from the challenge. So please, browse some of the more frequent questions we get asked below. Improve your habits. The only thing we ask you to do is not give up and be honest with yourself and your team. You will complete a daily log on various healthy habits, such as; getting 7 hours of sleep, drinking 64 oz. of water, not drinking soda, not eating refined sugar, etc. At the end of each week you have to submit your point total, along with your weight.

The challenge runs for 8 weeks, without any breaks. You may have birthdays, vacations, holidays or any number of other things during the challenge. You are still expected to complete your daily goals.

No! This program is for anyone. It doesn’t matter your age, gender, workout experience, or current physical fitness. This is not an intense diet or workout regime, but a program to help teach and establish sustainable healthy habits.

Nope. Not at all. We understand sometimes it can be overwhelming to prepare healthy meals, so we provide these to help you if you want them.

Once you register, you will receive a workbook with optional meal plans, simple workout guides, goal setting guides, weekly planning checklists, and all of the information and rules for the challenge. You will also receive support and guidance from our dedicated team.

Unfortunately, a refund will not be provided if you have to drop out of the challenge. We ask that you only participate if you can commit for the full two months. There is no “convenient” time to make healthy choices – you just have to start, and we are ready to help you make it happen! Once you have paid and signed up, we expect you to be in 100%.

We believe everyone who finishes the challenge is a winner because they will have learned important healthy habits to take with them. However, for the competitive side of everyone, we do reward the winning team and a few of the individuals who have the most success at the end of the challenge with gift cards.

No. You are not required to do certain workouts on certain days. The only thing we ask is that you complete 30 minutes of physical activity per day, 5 days a week. This can include walking, running, playing sports, or whatever you want to get your heart rate up. Most of the workout plans we provide can be done at home.
